Atkinson was required by law to transmit the complaint to the House and Senate intelligence committees.

Fake news. The law is very clear, any “whistle-blower” has to have had first hand knowledge. Eric Caramella or whatever the heck his name was, had like 5th hand knowledge. Hearsay is not admissible anywhere
And 2), any whistleblower should report it the ICIG first before anything else. This one, went to secretly see Sch*tt who then coached him and wrote (made up) the entire whistleblower complaint for him, which is not only highly irregular, it was downright illegal.
