We know the motives of far-left political leaders such as Gov. Newsom of California and Gov. Cuomo of NY State, and others.
Now they are admitting that the "models" are quite possibly incorrect and are pointing to a much less dangerous situation than what they used to terrify the American public.
However, of greater interest is this:

as for New York, I live in New York City. In the past week I have visited my mother, my sister, a girlfriend and an apartment building, and a number of other places. I have run into cops. The most they have said is it’s a lousy time. They did not say I have to go home they did not ask where I was going. We just need to start opening things.
in fact I was in the elevator with a cop in the apartment building with a package and I told him I was visiting a friend. He said nothing.
I think the Blasio is far worse than Cuomo actually. If you want to run for president you don’t want a disastrous State economy on your record in 4 years.
You can’t win with those dingelheimers. They’ll say it’s all down to the restrictive measures that were taken. Just like the Indians who dance for weeks on end to make it rain, and when the rain comes congratulate themselves on their efforts.
The REAL QUESTION is why have the Fear Bros been so incredibly gullible and so easily manipulated/stampeded.
The dempanic is for sh***ing on our Country and our President. The non-stop “we’re doooomed!” bs, coupled with high unemployment makes voting for “security” over freedom seem like salvation to some.

The perpetrators of this hoax now have to steer the conversation into a$$-covering mode after ruining people’s lives and livelihoods. They need to be made to pay, and pay heavily.
I was living there in the early 80's, in my misspent youth, and after a night out we were waiting for the subway at 4am, enjoy a cigarette under one of the large "No Smoking" signs, when I see this fully uniformed police walking towards me, looking right at me. My first thought was that with all the stuff going on, is this guy really going to hassle me for smoking a cigarette in the subway at 4am in the morning?
Anyway, he walks right up to us, and says, "Do you got a light?".

I say that now this whole Panic driven escapade of the left’s (Never let a crisis go to waste) with regards to their handling of the Chinese Virus is approaching resolution in the form of returning to normalcy they are trying to lay the groundwork to blame some fictitious other for their dirty work.
It would be typical of the left, and seeing as how it’s right on schedule as we approach the decision to reopen America, I do believe that’s precisely what the Democrats, the Left are up to. Watch as their long bony fingers begin to point in many directions.

California’s been on lockdown for more than 3 weeks, stopping the Covidiots from spreading this.
Wait until the anti-body testing reveals the fact that the majority in California have already been exposed months ago and seem to be doing well health-wise. Of course, that data will probably be suppressed.
