A couple who drove off a Mendocino Coast cliff with their six children are the focus of a new documentary that is being released April 7, according to E News.
"A Thread of Deceit" revisits the lives and deaths of Washington residents Jen and Sarah Hartman, and their six adopted children. The couple drove the family's SUV off of a steep cliff north of Fort Bragg in 2018, and a jury ruled that the crash was a murder-suicide in 2019.
The documentary examines the family's history of child abuse, and also includes interviews with family and friends who initially defended the couple.

There was an iconic picture of their adopted black boy who, during all the unrest between police and blacks (Ferguson)was crying and hugging a police officer. Someone took a picture of that and as they say, it went viral. Very sad.

Almost all the comments to that article want it deep-sixxed IMMEDIATELY.

NO DOUBT they were using these poor kids as sex toys.

Steep is kind of redundant when referring to a cliff. Also maybe one was working the pedals and the other was steering.
Calling this a “freaky thing” is far too charitable.
Here is what preceded the final mass murder.
Ongoing starvation “punishments.” Several of the children were HALF the normal weight of children their ages. One of the children would sneak out of the residence at night to BEG nearby neighbors for food. Recent photos of the children looked like pictures of sub-Saharan African famine victims.
Beatings leaving welts and injuries, including a broken bone. Child welfare services don’t DARE question the suitability of homosexual households or they’ll be called on the carpet and shut down.
Dragging the children to perverse “gay” events/protests where they were exposed to the worst of this dangerous community. I wouldn’t be surprised if several of the children turned out to be sexually assaulted as a result.
Homosexuals should never be allowed anywhere near children.
Lesbos got issues—case in point. Those poor kids.

Even if you take “a couple” to mean simply two people, only ONE was driving the vehicle.
These children could’ve been saved many times, but officials did nothing to help them.
