WASHINGTON (AP) — After the first alarms sounded in early January that an outbreak of a novel coronavirus in China might ignite a global pandemic, the Trump administration squandered nearly two months that could have been used to bolster the federal stockpile of critically needed medical supplies and equipment.
A review of federal purchasing contracts by The Associated Press shows federal agencies largely waited until mid-March to begin placing bulk orders of N95 respirator masks, mechanical ventilators and other equipment needed by front-line health care workers.

That is beyond bullshit. WHY did the individual 50 states, with their individual 50 budgets, not plan for a future contingency like this??
None of above matters. Impeach 2 is coming. Imagine if all Americans supported our POTUS. Dems are deplorable.
And in those same months that were “wasted” there was an unending push to impeach President Trump, which at best was a distraction from the business at hand, and at worst outright sedition with malevolent intent, in the interests of foreign influences.

The little talked about issue in this is the governors control of medical capacities in their respective states.

Obama’s CDC, D-run states and D-run cities wasted years not restocking after Obama’s H1N1 pandemic and not prepping for the next one.
