BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Former DOJ Assistant US Attorney Admits FBI Examined Seth Rich's Computer and She Met with FBI and Mueller Gang But No 302 Has Been Provided to Date

More evidence confirms more FBI and Mueller gang lies and cover ups. This time a Deep State Anti-Trump former Assistant US Attorney claimed under oath that the FBI did examine Seth Rich’s computer and that she met with an FBI Agent and prosecutor from the Mueller gang. This indicates the meeting should have been recorded in a form 302 but the FBI continues to claim no records related to Seth Rich are available!

Previously we reported that after getting caught lying to the Courts and claiming there were no documents related to Seth Rich, emails between FBI Deep State lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were uncovered by Judicial Watch with the title “Seth Rich” .

Attorney Ty Clevenger uncovered that the former Assistant US Attorney related to the case admitted that Rich’s computer was inspected by the FBI and that there would be records related to this investigation. She now has been deposed and her comments are shocking, indicating she met with both the FBI and the Mueller gang! Earlier this week Clevenger filed his request again asking for all information related to the Seth Rich case. This was based on recent testimony from former Assistant US Attorney Deborah Sines:

“One man cannot fix this.”

One man can try at least. Maybe even file an indictment or two.

Not all retired fbi guys are insiders. Their are the headquarters a holes and their syncophant office heads who are aligned with their protégés in each field office verses the true field agents. Cases are rarely run out of headquarters except the trump political witch hunt. Recall the first thing that happened when hitlery e mail found on weiners cell? The field was forced to send it to HQ.

If he is not going to even try, he can be honorable and resign.

Need to appoint one with no Washington ties, whose identity is with held.

I am not a retired FBI person, but the answer to your question is compartmentalization. If you run a series of investigations out of the top floor of the FBI (highest levels) it is unlikely 99% of agents know anything about it.

Information goes up the chain and they don’t push information about “national security investigations” or “counter-intelligence” down the chain to field offices or field agents.

John Solomon and Dan Bongino have both explained this well. Everything they did against Trump or to protect Hillary was done under the disguise of national security so it was “need to know” and heavily compartmentalized so only a handful of people knew some of the story and only a few knew all of the story. We saw this with some of the officials during the hearings where they (remember Page’s reaction?) were surprised to learn important information.

ALL interviews conducted by FBI agents shall: - be announced as an official FBI interview - be video recorded...

If interviews are all recorded - - and safely stored - - they can be pulled at needed. And it won't take a wit of space relatively ... Great suggestion.

The NYCPD had the Weiner laptop first, stated that they saw what was on it before being given to the FBI.

I understood FBI compartmentalization years ago after reading fiction crime novels written by former FBI agents.

That field agents would be assigned only one segment of a investigation and then turn it in.

Still difficult to imagine that all agents could be kept in the dark on major political spying investigations.

Ever notice in the last week or so when Barr appears with Trump he is pale as a sheet? Maybe it’s just make up or lack of. - wastoute
The last time I saw Barr, which may have been about a week ago, because I usually listen on the radio, he looked ghastly standing there.
Puts me in mind of Nixon and Reagan. Nixon, because he was rolled by the TV producers during the famous debate, and because he hadn’t wanted makeup and therefore didn’t look good.

Reagan, for precisely the opposite reason - early in his Hollywood career he was told that he was blessed with a face which - his friend suggested - actually might not require makeup to look good on camera. The suggestion was that the next time Reagan was reading a script with an aspiring actor/actress getting a screen test, that Reagan should beg off of getting makeup. He did, and it was confirmed that Reagan was one of the few in Hollywood who was photogenic even without makeup.

Fast forward to Reagan’s run for Governor of California, and his opponent attacked Reagan as a phony, made-up actor. Reagan instantly demanded that his opponent agree that both of them should wash their faces on camera. Since he himself was all made up for the debate, his opponent naturally demurred.

I am of the opinion that President Trump should write an executive order requiring that going forward, ALL interviews conducted by FBI agents shall:

If the FBI agent fails to follow this procedure, then no notes of any kind or from any source should from the interview should be permitted as evidence.

Absolutely and completely agreed. Additionally, without all of those in place, if I were on a jury, I'd consider any testimony by the FBI to be nothing but self-serving heresay.

Merely a report of an interview or details of an investigation, basically an investigative report. Curiously in the old days each office had an obscene safe. If the bank robber used the f word as in “this is a f—-ing robbery.” The reporting agent was required to call in a “mature” stenographer to take the dictation for the FD-302. A special typed report using carbon paper displayed the actual f word typed out completely. This original report was kept in the obscene safe and a copy of this report with f—king written without actually spelling the word was kept on the rotor file system. Each agent then reviewed the final FD-302 and marked it up with a red/blue pencil, sharpened on both ends one red the other blue for the purpose of entering information into the indices system the precursor to the national criminal information computer , NCIC. Life was better in those years.

If it looks like a cover-up, smells like a cover-up, walks like a cover-up, it is a cover-up.

The Seth Rich murder was a politically motivated hit and the FBI, WA DC police, and everyone else are engaged in a cover-up. We all know that, but no one in a position of authority wants to spill the beans.

Maybe the Republican Senate should impanel a Warren-Like-JFK commission to investigate.
