Oxiris Barbot is a total blathering idiot who is a political animal, not a health expert. She was chosen due to her being a Latina, not because she was the best in her field. And now, her lack of quality has cost people their lives. Horrifying footage has emerged of dead bodies being loaded onto a refrigerated truck with a forklift outside Brooklyn Hospital in New York City where 776 people have died from coronavirus and 33,000 have been infected.
The video - which was taken by a bystander from their car - shows the bodies being loaded onto a vehicle. It surfaced within hours of a nurse sharing a harrowing photograph of bodies that had been piled into a refrigerated truck to be taken away from a different hospital.
There are makeshift morgues and hospitals popping up all over New York City, the epicenter of the virus in the US, including one in Central Park.
As of Monday morning, there were 142,000 cases of coronavirus in the US and 2,500 people had died.
New York City is expecting its ‘peak’ in the next few weeks and there is a frantic race against time to prepare the already inundated hospital system for it when it comes.

That first impeachment is gonna look pretty embarrassing when ads show the timeline of what the Congress was doing when Trump was deciding to take drastic action on Covid-19.The right thing for Trump to have done would have been to consult with Congress before taking action - but Congress had tied itself up with impeachment nonsense and couldn’t listen. Trump should have demanded congressional assent to a clean “bailout” of the economy - a simple refund of Payroll Tax money - before shutting the economy down.

That was what I had considered, but I admit that I am far more cynical now than I was before-I have come to the conclusion the electorate is too...er...dense to see that there should be obvious embarrassment on that timeline.
On the other hand, after the letter Trump sent Schumer...we can at least count on Trump not to pull any punches. And that is a good thing.
In 2015 and early ’16 Trump’s image in my mind was of a superficial playboy who had no conservative record at all, and who got along suspiciously well with the people who ran/run NYC. Namely, liberal Democrats.It took time for that viewpoint to change to, “I can’t spare the man - he fights!"
He is one of the few things in Washington DC that doesn’t make my blood pressure go up!
