Doesn't explain his previous drunk driving incidents.
Maybe he'll actually get punished this time but I won't hold my breath.

I think Jon Jones might realize that his MMA career is over, MMA is over, and football is over.
I don’t see Jon getting a job that can maintain his lifestyle anytime soon.
