I know lots of them, including my sons.
My experience is different. I work with about a half dozen millenials and they are superb, but then they were hand picked. One of the most conservative, voted for Bernie in the last election. I asked what caused the transition to being a conservative. She quickly replied, "I got a job and realized that the my old beliefs did not work."
