Seems the Dems have an artificial “majority” in the Senate with several Republicans in isolation and unable to vote remotely. And the Dems are playing it - to pass a Senate bill just like the caca that came out of the House last week, the one the Senate Repubs were told to hold their nose and vote it through, which they did. Dems don’t do such bipartisan things. This is simple, people are dying because of Dem intransigence. No other way to put it.

Agreed: But the point is that Trump is trying to mitigate what he can mitigate, and the Dems are holding up everything for political reasons.
If the situation were reversed, you can be damned sure the Dems would be screaming “GOP wants people to die!!!!” They already do scream that for other things.
