NO NO NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is idiocy. If they send me a check I sure as hell will cash it. I should not be sent a check!

Dependency will destroy a society. Help those in need with the minimal assistance they need and not one penny more. If they are in need due to bad work ethic give them nothing. One most only help those that can not help themselves due to age, illness, or mental incapability.

Take it directly out of the pockets of the C-level executives of the Pharma, manufacturing, and IT companies which led the offshoring charge.

No.

I can see doing something for laid off service workers, but not for everyone.

Welfare recipients get nothing more. Illegals get nothing

To: Sir Napsalot; All

The other day most people focused on Nancy Pelosi and Hyde Amendment in the proposed House bill for coronavirus stimulus package. And there was a tiny blurb, some guy commented on -

GOP dare not appear to be indifferent to the people suffering economical setbacks currently.

Then we get Romney’s proposal of giving $1,000 check to every adult American immediately, and this Cotton’s proposal of ‘limited-time’ Universal Basic Income scheme.

Now it all starting to make sense now.
