In early voting, I did my part for Comrade Bernie in FL.

Each party gets to make up their own rules for their own primaries. So if they wanted to, the DNC could allocate 100 delegates to the Marianas and only 1 delegate to California. That would be stupid, but they could do it.
Of the 134 islands inhabitants who voted for Bernie, 130 were monkeys and crabs while the other 4 were coconuts which fell on some voting machines and hit the Bernie key.
The rest of the inhabitants were trying to keep the islands from tipping over into the sea in regards to Rep. Johnson’s comments about Guam tipping over if more people were put on it.
Bernie Sanders, communist (aka the new Imperialist Japanese invader of the Marianas). It is a shame he wasn’t involved in a new “Marianas Turkey Shoot” like the Japs were.

Guam is independent of the North Mariannas. Guam has 140K population

4 delegates seems like over-representation for such a small voter population, and even smaller turnout.
