I’m sixty two and used about every drug available 1972-1984

I don’t recall amphetamines making me pass out.

Quite the contrary

It’s all the same family of speed or up stimulation dope

Pentermine.....weight loss

Adderall and Ritalin for hyperactive little boys

Benzedrine and Dexedrine and Methedrine and Preludin

Crystal Met or Ice or Crank

It’s all family of amphetamines

And it all bumps you up

I suspect he passed out from too much and had arrhythmia or they just found the meth and they were doing something else...like Ecstasy maybe which caused a seizure maybe

Homos don’t do heroin I don’t think...gets in the way of their hedonism

Who knows...meth normally doesn’t make you pass out

I took some Sandoz amphetamine powder from a hospital pharmacy once in 1975...it was actually pleasant and stimulating but when it was 15 hours later I was ready to sleep and still buzzed and it kept going.

I took pharmacy methedrine pills a few times ..yellow mollies was their nick

Similar but not as intense

That was it. I was not a speed person.

The first real speed era here was with the beatniks and to some degree errant WWII vets trying to reach that prior excitement of war with risky pursuits like motorcycles etc

Hippies kinda killed the speed era with psychedelics

Kerouac On The Road and Hunter Thompson’s Hell’s Angels book tell about this time as do some Beat personalities

That election was razor thin. Hopefully all the “swing voters” who supported Gillum are now having buyers remorse. I’ve been worried about FL trending RAT ever since they let all those convicted felons vote.

Many of the voters who didn’t vote for Gillum be are having buyer’s remorse. They didn’t realize what s colorful guy he is.

Eclectic flaming.
