This is why the conservative justices do not want to address a major 2nd Amendment case — they can’t be sure which way Roberts will go.
We will have to wait for Ginsberg’s replacement in order to actually have a conservative court, which means Trump needs to win in November.

This is the problem. We are under the rule of Roberts. The constitution says whatever Roberts says it means. We all know how the Gang of Four is going to vote on everything. Usually Roberts is pretty reasonable but not always - and to have our rights depend on the whims of one man is extremely dangerous.
This is why we so badly need to win in November and ensure Trump gets to replace some of the Gang of Four. Even replacing just one of them changes everything. Roberts’ whims will no longer determine everything.
