Affirmative action is illegal and unconstitutional. Laws that “allow” it are invalid and not binding.
In the near future those that support affirmative action, providing admissions, employment and promotions based on race, will be looked upon like those that supported Jim Crow laws which restricted access to public facilities based on race.
