On Tuesday Cubas official communist paper thanked Bernie Sanders for recognizing Fidel Castros great progress in education and healthcare.
The article appeared on the front page of the official communist website Granma.
Of course, what Bernie is saying is complete horse sh*t. Cuba has two healthcare systems. One for the rich Marxist elites and another for the poverty stricken masses.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the Cuban healthcare system back in 2007 with photos.

But they are keeping the cornavirus of the island.
Does anyone think Castro died in a hospital like that? Or that any senior government official would enter a place like that?
Didn’t Michael Moore tout this system? No pigs, indeed.
A few years FR was visited by someone from the DUmp who posted pictures of real Cuban hospitals, filth and all, along with some of the Potemkin Village hospitals. She had posted the same pictures at the DUmp, and I believe Skinner had her zotted. I don’t think she has an account here anymore, yet it looked like her eyes were opening to the hypocrisy of the left.

Bernie like Cuban hospitals, because the floor always has puddin'
ACK
Pics look they were taken with a flip phone, which would make sense in Cuba.
Kick that commie bastard out of the country.

We went to Havana a few years ago. Notice the toilet with no toilet seat or toilet paper? They pointed out a hospital. It had no air conditioning. If Sanders becomes President, we will all feel the bern.
It only looks that good because he was in a private ward.
100%
No let him run for president for the dems.
“Elites’ in commie hellholes live very well...and no - they would NEVER go into a hospital designed for everyday citizens.
Bernie is a perfect example of how you can be clueless and still graduate from the University of Chicago - or any ‘elite’ university.
I read a long time ago a Cuban doctor would be equivalent to our paramedics.
