It was a long time ago, before Cat scans. He lived another 35 years after the operation.
Wow
Hopefully true. Also suspect that China is pressuring the company to send as much remdesivir as they can produce to China. Not to use on the common folk but to have in reserve if the bigwigs in China get sick. Suspect they already stole the manufacturing technique.
3D printed lungs from a patient in Wuhan, 5days after infection. I found this here on FR at 3D Printed 2019-nCoV Infected Lung Model for Medical Use

“People have been talking about the ground glass look on this these threads for some time.”
there are numerous conditions that can cause the so-called ground-glass pattern to lung x-rays ... interstitial lung disease is one of the biggies ...
When the lungs heal is the pattern still there?
It is hitting Iran pretty hard.
“When the lungs heal is the pattern still there?”

Its all about genetic susceptibility. Modern day Iranians have many contributions to their genome. The Silk Road transverses Iran. Chinese merchants and their caravan personnel no doubt rested and quartered in Iran as they came out of the Asian deserts and mountains. Doubt they were celibate. The Mongols also conquered , raped and pillaged much of Iran. They too left their genetic imprint. We are what we are.
