Does his plan include a request to increase the manpower overhead (patients, prisoners, transients, and trainees) this will cost the operating forces? How will this be handled if we get into a real shooting war? How can this possibly improve mission readiness?

In one portion of the film they interviewed several male,and female,recruits who had just endured a particularly tough day...a day that they said was identical for the men and the women.
The male recruits were obviously tired,sore and dispirited .But all of them made clear that they were gung ho and good to go for the next day.OTOH the women were weeping like little girls during their interview.
And yet the Marines (and,presumably,the Army as well) needs more female combat officer.
When the Chicoms,the Iranians and the North Koreans read this they'll laugh their a$$es off.
Not so sure about this Marine, does it fit in yer kit? Is there enough for everyone?

Marine officials have said they’re unlikely to have another coed training company at Parris Island this fiscal year. In the meantime, Rep. Jackie Speier, a California Democrat who chairs the House Armed Services Military Personnel subcommittee, tried to push the Marine Corps toward coed boot camp when she added an amendment to the 2020 defense authorization bill that would have required the service to stop separating male and female recruits.
This moron attaining this position is a result of Obama’s “Great Purge” earlier in his first term. Obama sent out a questionnaire to 0-5’s and above. The questionnaire was not optional.
Not long after the questionnaires were returned by the officer corp. Obama began forced retirements of a very many whose answers were not to his admins liking. Others were forced out using other means such as mediocre Fitreps which meant no further advancement was possible and thus “voluntary” retirement.
The message was loud and clear get with the Social Engineering program or else. What we are left within the senior officer ranks is “men” such as this.
There are no Chesty Pullers or George Pattons in the military as a result of that Obama Purge.
You don’t get to be Top Marine overnight. He must have been on Paris Island during Clinton or even earlier.
