“I think that delaying this sentence would not be a prudent thing to do under all of the circumstances“

What circumstances?
Why wouldn’t it be prudent?

Everything from the Mueller case is going to be called null and void. Judge Amy may find herself under investigation and impeached. She should hold off or else.

Obama judge has been biased from the beginning why would she do the right thing now?

This “crime” was most certainly “Fruit of the Poison Tree”.

IIRC Federal sentences aren't begun on the day they're handed down but, rather, they begin weeks..or even months...after they're announced. If I'm correct then the President should probably delay a pardon until after the election. This,of course, would mean that Stone would serve a few months in prison that he shouldn't be serving.

Yes,there's unfairness involved...but if he does it before the election it could prove harmful to him on Election Day.

DJT losing in November would be a bigger injustice than Stone spending a few months in prison.

Waiting would be the lesser of two evils.

I am looking forward to seeing President Trump pardon Roger Stone after the miscarriage of justice from this so-called Judge. Obama judges should never get cases more serious than a traffic citation, not when real judges are available.

This is appalling. Amy Berman Freisler. Considering the forewoman came out as a shill and biased, this decision should be vacated.

Stone was convicted by a jury not the judge.

Judge is probably planning to issue a sentence that is relatively light. If the sentence is reasonable enough, Roger Stone may just take it, rather than risk a second trial after which he could get a longer sentence.

Side-note — This Judge sentenced Jesse Jackson Jr. to 30 months in prison for stealing $750K in campaign funds. The strange coincidence . . . . Rod Blagojevich was a witness at that trial, suggesting JJJr tried to buy Barack Obama’s Senate seat. Small world I guess.

When did we lose our country? It had to have been long ago, but we didn’t even know it. Now we’re figuring it out, and it’s too late.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is another Obama stooge. She cannot do anything else but go after Stone with all she has got. Looks like Trump will have to pardon him.

Trump should give Stones defense attorney a pre-pardon to read to the judge the second after she finishes sentencing and a p.s. F.U. You bitch!

Berman-Jackson is dirty. Let’s see if she sees the “light” when she sentences Stone. She needs to be investigated for the dirty jury forewoman she allowed to be seated despite her massive anti-Trump bias and actions.
