Mike Bloomberg is considering making Hillary Clinton his running mate, a source close to his campaign has told Drudge Report.
Polling found the Bloomberg-Clinton combination would be a formidable force to take on Trump in the race for the White House, the source said.
Former New York City Mayor and Democratic candidate Bloomberg is said to be considering even changing his official residence from New York to Colorado or Florida - where he also has homes - because the electoral college makes it difficult for US president and vice-president to reside in the same state.
Under the Twelfth Amendment to the US Constitution, which provides the procedure for electing the president and vice-president, it states that the two people could not both inhabit the same state as the elector.

This is really all about Hillary. She prompted Doomberg to run and the DNC is stacked with her loyalists.

Actually, this morning they were saying that Bloomberg has a residence in Colorado, and that maybe he would say that was his official "home". He has residences in a lot of states.

Politics is their religion. They’re nutty enough to believe the Trump is Hitler insanity. They’ll turn out and do as they’re told. Bernie will be bought off and he will tell his bro’s to vote Dem just like they did in 2016.
She didn’t want the peril of a long drawn out, grueling primary campaign. She wants a coronation.
That’s more her style.
I can see how her on the ticket could help win the nomination. But, I do not see her helping in the general election.

You don’t become one of the richest people in the country by being stupid and you don’t get elected mayor of NYC and then reelected mayor twice without some political savvy.
This is a profoundly stupid idea for gaining republican or conservative support, but he’s trying to win the democratic nomination first and the Democrat party establishment is in a panic about Bernie. Even if he doesn’t actually get Clinton off the couch to be his running mate, the rumors about it give him the type of energy and momentum that his actual presence wouldn’t generate. Plus, he would need a running mate shorter than him and there aren’t too many national politicians fitting that description.
If Bernie gets shoved aside as he did before, I suspect the Bernie Bolsheviks will take Milwaukee apart.
