Of course Russia is exponentially freer than UK in terms of freedom of speech but it is a member of Counsel of Europe and formally adopted all the Euro hate speech norms.
Russian law enforcement is not even 10 times less pro-active in pursuing people over hate speech but there are indeed people sentenced for it.
Russia has emerged, amazingly, as a defender of Christianity. A good place to take a stand against Islam.

If he can become a fixture on Russian media - RT and Ruptly primarily, he could reach a lot more people than from England.
