I’m pretty sure I already know what happened. Someone crazy like Bernie Sanders won, and the DNC is busy “recounting” until they get the candidate they want.

The problem is the the results keep coming back that Hillary won
LOL. I can think of one slightly more disastrous(for Dems), fairly recent too.

Not technically. But f’ing with the true results, in an undetectable way, takes some time. Wonder who their IT peeps are...
Non-technically, candidate-wise, the actual results of the vote went very wrong.
Sanders won easily, but the “tinkering” may be to keep Quid Pro Joe from a humiliating fifth place finish.
That's always their line when they do something malicious or criminal. I'm pretty sure this little "accident" was done by design to manipulate the results.
Apparently the DHS offered to test the app, and was rebuffed. Such testing likely would have exposed the built-in ‘gaming’ functions of the app to swing votes to a selected candidate.
Maybe the part of their code that was subtracting votes from Bernie subtracted too many and it rolled over back to 32,768.
What we really know (by implication) is that Bernie won big so the Democrap party heads had to make sure that didn’t get out to the media.
