We have determined that this was due to a coding issue in the reporting system
They must have declared a variable as a "tinyint (0-255)" or a "smallint (-32,000 - +32,000)" and crashed it out. I HATE it when that happens.

We know Trump must be responsible for the hot mess in Iowa. We don’t know the details yet but they are sure to come out. Look at it this way - it’s a basis for Impeachment II.
Meanwhile, we must work hard to elect a D president who will enact a Green New Deal that will save the planet and create millions of fair wage jobs.
