A Utah state lawmaker introduced a bill that would allow voters to recall a sitting U.S. senator before his or her six-year term ends.
Republican Rep. Tim Quinn, 56, claimed that the bill had nothing to do with either of the state's current senators, Mike Lee and Mitt Romney, but that he believed the policy was important given the length of a senators term.

AWESOME!!! Recall Pierre Delecto!!
Deserved, since this guy seems to be a back stabbing ingrate.
Better yet, repeal the 17th amendment.
Love it!!!
I believe that those type of state laws have been struck down before by federal courts. Its likely going to take a federal constitutional amendment to allow that.
Democrat Mole Romney is in trouble in Utah. I saw a recent “The Still Report” on YouTube which shows he is despised more by the day.
Romney is a real Piece Of Obama.
Sorry to break the news but the bill is unconstitutional. The SCOTUS ruled state imposed term limits for Federal Offices are unconstitutional. I view this bill in the same manner. Article I spells out a Senator is to serve 6 years nothing more nothing less.
Great news! I dont think Mitt is very popular with his supposed constituency right about now. His only motivation is insane jealousy, and thats hard for the voters to get behind.
Good idea.
Every state should do this.
The best choice!
Better idea!
Too bad the ones who benefit the most from it would have to approve it to become law.
16, 17, 18, 19 ... they were on quite a roll, there, weren’t they?
Hey Mitt the twit...try Mirolax
The so called, “Progressive Amendments”.
Mumbai Mike Lee first.
The state can’t do it, but the Senate can.. 2/3s vote to expel, majority vote to punish for disloyalty.
.....yes, something like this law might get eventually shot down, but it’s a good warning shot aimed at the corrupt despicable Pierre Delecto.
