Link not working for me. By what authority does Roberts disallow the question. There is no law making Ciaramella’s name unspeakable.

-- By what authority does Roberts disallow the question. --

In this role he is presiding over the senate. The question is not a question of law, you are correct that the leaker cum whistleblower has no right to anonymity, ID is not not protected (not a whistleblower), and would not be protected even if he was a whistleblower. 50 U.S. Code S: 3033 - Inspector General of the Intelligence Community

the Inspector General shall not disclose the identity of the employee without the consent of the employee, unless the Inspector General determines that such disclosure is unavoidable during the course of the investigation or the disclosure is made to an official of the Department of Justice responsible for determining whether a prosecution should be undertaken

The senate has decided to hide this highly relevant information from the public. Simple as that. No legal authority, just politics. The senate wants to keep you in the dark. Roberts, presiding over these proceedings, is following orders of the senate.

Schiff repeatedly stated last night the whistle blower fears for his life and is guaranteed anonymity under the whistle blower statute. ...hopefully Philbin will correct the lies today.

“Ciaramella, the love that cannot speak it’s name.” Has a nice ring to it? Eh? Although, “wring” is appropriate.

There is no law making Ciaramella’s name unspeakable.

The Dems have been trying, and succeeding with help from their lapdogs, the press, to keep his name under wraps. But, everybody knows it, as you have shown by using it. I'm a housewife out in the Seattle are and I know his name. This is really beyond ridiculous.

They want to keep his name out of it because if you look into this name you find that he is not a "whistleblower" but a DNC hack who, at one time, worked for Joe Biden.
