The red flag law of Colorado is not interested in mental health and does not address it at all. It is an unconstitutional over reach to make the groundwork to seize guns.

Red flag laws are about control and power, not public safety. That is something that Mr. Lott apparently does not understand. These laws violate both due process and the Second Amendment, and they must be tossed out as blatantly unconstitutional.
