Doesn’t our military have a very effective counter-battery system for rocket attacks?
I thought we could put a mortar shell into the pickle barrel of our choice within minutes of a rocket/mortar attack?

The CRAM systems at the embassy when I was there were just for warning. They couldn’t fire the guns because the embassy is in the middle of town.

This is an old, old game for us, and the Green Zone has been a magnet for it for years. How soon people forget.
