The pro-gun masses had their day at the Virginia Capitol Monday. But mathematical reality quickly set in Tuesday morning as a Democratic-led House of Delegates panel easily dispatched nearly a dozen Republican-sponsored gun bills.
The proposals would have made it easier to carry guns in places of worship, allowed concealed carry without a permit, limited gun-free zones and strengthened mandatory sentencing rules for gun crimes. They hit a legislative buzzsaw in a public safety subcommittee, just as Democratic-sponsored gun-control bills did when Republicans controlled the General Assembly.
“Thank you very much. It’s an honor to be the first to go down for the cause,” said Del. Chris Head, R-Botetourt, after he saw two of his bills — which would have created legal protections for hunters who unknowingly cross county lines — get rejected in less than 10 minutes.

Oh, like we have in NV? Super majority in the assembly and one seat short of a super in the senate. Lucky they only meet every 2 years for approx 120 days. I can imagine how bad it would be if they met yearly and for a longer time frame.
It’s a pity that the Framers did not give sane states a process by which they could kick renegade states out of the Union. What a joy it would be to eject all those worthless Democrat federal government union slugs from their cushy taxpayer-funded jobs, knowing they had no more power over us.

BlackFace CoonMan took all the credit for the non-violence at yesterday’s rally and gave none to the brave patriots that were there. What the stupid SOB doesn’t realize is there was more than enough firepower there to have taken over the whole damn corrupt place. He, and his minions, have a blind hatred for America, Virginia and her People and should be dealt with accordingly.
If Virginians don’t petition to remove the governor from office, they’re toast. I trust a team is also preparing to bring the outrageous laws the state is passing before the Supreme Court. They are clearly unconstitutional.

Where are the signed RECALL petitions for Baby Killer, Black Face Northam and his Marxist cohorts in the VA legislature?
1. There are those who really don't give firearms much thought. They don't own them, have never really been exposed to them and any info they have is filtered through MSM news and entertainment. They believe their opposition to widespread firearm ownership is a position they have arrived at logically, and given the sources of the information they have had presented, their position is understandable. Many of these people can have their eyes opened when provided with alternate sources of information, and a friend taking them to the shooting range. They will intuitively recognize the truth when it's presented to them and can have their views changed.
2. There are the useful idiots who have arrived at their positions emotionally. They have been bombarded with the "guns bad," message and have processed very little information on the subject rationally or logically. They are true believers that the world will be a better place if firearm ownership is prohibited by law, and will not be swayed from their position.
3. By far and away, the most dangerous and insidious are the tyrants. Many of them are under no illusion that restricting firearms will not reduce violence. Many are not at all adverse to violence if it furthers their ends. They simply cannot abide the governed having the means to resist their designs. Without tipping their hand, they will exploit the useful idiots noted above.
The VA 'rats leave little doubt as to which category the belong.
