He released the aid within the time granted by Congress. Therefore it was never actually withheld. Just one of the many important reasons this opinion is ridiculous.
It is being taken away as we type. The funds were not illegally dealt with. This only opens questions as to GAO/deep state duplicity. It isn’t going to be so easy for them . This is war and shooting is a two street. You can bet that there is Intel against them that will be used if necessary.
