So in this particular case, the receipt was actually accurate.

Hornaday said this is a "black-eye on the law enforcement community." Originally, he said This is not only bad for McDonalds, but it is also a black eye for Junction City.
Even if it were not a hoax, that was pretty over the top to impugn the whole town over such a minor incident. Seems Mr Hornaday owes all of the fine folks of Junction City an apology.
