How to fix? Polygraph every single employee of both agencies. Those that participated will resign, those caught will go to prison and those that who were not involved make up the base of the new agencies.
Trump has several times stated documents and information will be released. He empowered Barr to release documents. Where are they?
The only secrets in Washington are those kept from the American people. Sadly Congress, the bureaucracy, the courts, and the press know what is being withheld from the people. The real reason for most secrecy seems to be covering up wrongdoing by government officials and politicians.

Strzok’s texts suggested this as well. In one text I believe he alluded to one of their “sisters” (sister intelligence agencies) was leaking information from the investigation to the press, and implied it was the CIA.
The “Finders” operation has to be their best, though I think that was/is only CIA, with the FBI being told to leave it alone. It makes the Epstein operation look like a weak imitation (or a sequel). Lots of pizza going on for a long time.
It would be a violation of Obama’s order that information not be share between agencies.

The only reason I can figure for the delay at this point, besides the possibility that Barr is going rogue, is that the documents reveal complicity by our foreign allies with the operation against Trump. He might have decided to avoid stepping on that diplomatic landmine for the time being.
Without question, it had to be. The FBI doesn’t have access to certain resources they used in the spying on Trump’s campaign. It took presidential authorization to get that done.
