One of President Donald Trumps top re-election advisers told influential Republicans in swing state Wisconsin that the party has traditionally relied on voter suppression to compete in battleground states, according to an audio recording of a private event obtained by The Associated Press. The adviser said later that his remarks referred to frequent and false accusations that Republicans employ such tactics.
Justin Clark, a senior political adviser and senior counsel to Trumps re-election campaign, made the remarks on Nov. 21 as part of a wide-ranging discussion about strategies in the 2020 campaign, including more aggressive use of Election Day monitoring of polling places.
Traditionally its always been Republicans suppressing votes in places, Clark said at the event. Lets start protecting our voters. We know where they are. ... Lets start playing offense a little bit. Thats what youre going to see in 2020. Its going to be a much bigger program, a much more aggressive program, a much better-funded program.

Why would anyone say this?
PS: Always assume you're being recorded.
Yes, better watch those polling places closely.
“Watching”...but will anyone do anything when the voter fraud is happening before their eyes?
What about voter machines rigged to change GOP votes to DNC/CPUSA?
It's clear what he meant, the ap just wants a "gotcha".
Nothing to see here.
AP.
Consider the source.
Those worthless as hell “voter fraud machines” need to be schiff-canned.
Wanna stop this crap? We should be administering Wild West justice and hang anyone committing voter fraud. Anything less is simply condoning this illegal activity.
Find out who installed the machines and then hang him. Duh!
Propose a new law mandatory minimum 10 years jail for voter fraud for any government fraud
Hey, as long as they are accusing us of doing it I’m up for a little democrat voter suppression and intimidation.
“Trump adviser: expect more poll watching, in presidential election year”
Sounds like a reporter with a deadline, what an incredible bit of information recovery...
Next. We will be told water is wet
Lets start playing offense a little bit. Thats what youre going to see in 2020. Its going to be a much bigger program, a much more aggressive program, a much better-funded program.

Playing offense “a little bit”? A “more aggressive” program? This guy is going to war with BB gun. Fighting leftist cheaters with the political equivalent of the Chinese army behind them. Trump needs to get the GOP massively engaged NOW.
I only vote for POTUS anyway. My state's congressmen are creeps.
That’s what we should be planning for come the election.
This cannot be anything but a bald faced lie, and pure projection by Demonrats. They accuse us of what THEY do.
ACLU will scream intimidation and racism in short order.
Voter suppression has a bad connotation. However, it does not necessarily mean you prevent people from voting. It can mean that you run ads that make a voter discouraged/disgusted about his party (such as haven’t delivered a promise) that he won’t want to vote - he will stay home. There are tons of ways you can do that - ads, mailings, phone calls, billboards, etc.
I think that we need to stage magicians to train pole watchers on what to look for as far as misdirection at poling stations.
