I have a difficult time when it comes to the nuances of legalize.

Is it in there that the SCOTUS could rule on whether the two Non Crimes within the impeachment referral are actually constitutional?

Obstruction of Congress and Abuse of Power aren’t Constitutional as far as I can fathom?

The House has sole power of impeachment, until it sends Articles of Impeachment to the Senate, they can do whatever they want under their own House rules.

Exactly, laws that are not enforced are not laws at all and there is nothing we can do about it except try to elect people that will, even so they will do as they like.

The point is the debate is open until some elitist Court tells us exactly what we can think about it. People here are trying to compare what happened, in the House, to a courtroom trial and it isn't.

WTH do you think Pelosi is trying to limit DJT’s potential debate in the Senate? By the time everything gets run out there in shiny flow charts with lots of dollar signs and bad angle photos of dudes in the the shadows, so many recognizable dems would be on their way to money laundering and racketeering charges, it would like Juneteenth weekend at the Harris County Jail.
