Huge Alien Numbers in 2020 Census Turns America Blue

The 10-year surge in illegal and legal immigration has exploded the populations of mostly Democratic states enough that the 2020 census is likely to result in the redistribution of 24 House seats in states President Trump won, according to a new population analysis released Thursday morning.

The prediction from the Center for Immigration Studies said that 26 seats overall will shift due to immigration increases since the last census was taken. And it said that a minimum of 19 of those seats will be added to Democratic states.

In recent years what Rat states have been gaining seats? Not NY...or MA...or IL..or PA (just to name a few).

Turtle delivers TKO on judges?

This promised lawsuit needs to strip out padded alien census numbers to citizens only for electoral count. Need to differentiate electoral from budget spending.

This needs to go to Supreme Court, preferably from a GOP circuit.

Yes.
Having more illegals in your state should translate to less political power, since you are doing a poor job of governing, not more political power.
What you want more of you support.
America needs to stop encouraging illegal aliens.

“Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside...

“Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers
,counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.”

That's a great start.

However, the lawsuit will take a long time to be fully adjudicated. Then, the process to actually remove the foreigners from the census count will take yet more time.

If it's successful, it will unlikely have any effect on the 2020 elections in less than a year.

Then, of course, this needs to happen in each of the other states.

Hindsight is typically crystal clear, but this issue of counting foreigners in our census should have been a high priority on Trumps overflowing plate within the first few months in office.

If we, Trump and the Senate can survive the next election...and even gain back the House...all of this immigration related stuff must get done in the following 2 years before the next House election.

Are children under 18 years old included in the apportionment population counts even though they cannot vote?
Yes, all people of all ages (even newborn babies) with a usual residence in the 50 states are included in the resident population for the census, which means they are all included in the apportionment counts. Being registered or eligible to vote is not a requirement for inclusion in the apportionment counts

I don’t know the legalities, but it seems Conservatives in Blue states should ‘forget’ to register for the census. Think about it - if 40% of California did not register, how many House seats would they lose? And those seats would go to Red States

If you are not a citizen, you should never be counted in the census.

One way to keep illegals from being counted is put it out there that the census will be used as a deportation tool.
