Post all election news and updates here. Brexit is the key issue.
Not the latest polls. They predict a very close race - possibly a hung parliament. However, polls are polls....

I checked a site that showed that the Tory lead is that good bit stronger than what May’s was at the end of the 2017 campaign. Johnson’s numbers have been basically steady and consistent whereas May’s began an irreversible downward slide for most of her campaign.
BoJo has got the whole British Establishment against him - all the media are fear-mongering about Brexit (including the bleeding-hearts at the BBC), with the inevitable charge that he’s a racist too, now being brought up.
In other words, he’s being treated like the British version of Trump.
BoJo has GOT to win this, and win big, to put the traitorous media and their globalist pals in their place - otherwise no country will be safe from their malicious interference!!
Hillary Clinton, Chris Steele Allege Boris Johnson Is A Russian Stooge
Obama gave Common Core contract to publisher, got $65-million book deal in return
who cares about these wankers anymore definitely aren’t the good friends they used to be.
Actually, Corbyn (Labour leader) is the big issue. He is the U.K. equivalent of O. A. Cortez, except that he would be Prime Minister should Labour win, or the Conservatives fail to form a government, and if Corbyn could somehow persuade other parties to vote for him.
That is approximately as likely as Cortez winning the Presidential election in 2020. Labour is expected to lose 20-60 seats, giving Boris Johnson a mostly free hand in Brexit negotiations. Johnson will have to get the votes of either some hard Brexit Conservatives, or some DUP (Northern Ireland Unionists) or some Labour members in pro-Brexit districts, if any Labour members in those districts retain their seats.
Brits better choose Brexit today big time for their own good, With the Mexico, Canada USA trade deal going through...it is quite clear that a victorious Boris Johnson and the citizens of Great Britain will immediately get together with our USA, POTUS, Donald J. Trump and negotiate a master trade deal that will make the USA & Great Britain...true leaders of the world in a short period of time.
Face it...Brits the European Union id dead in the water...run by Socialist or Communists that remain stagnant economically year after year!!! You all better wise up.
Why? This world will soon be run & led economically by the USA, Great Britain, Russia, The China (PRC), Canada, Mexico, India, Japan & South Korea. France, Germany & most of Europe have killed themselves politically & economically. The Kings & Queens (Leaders) of the coming world will be the USA, China (PRCu), Great Britain, Russian, India, Japan & south Korea. the socialist countriew will die politically on the line!!! Wise up
Brits, or you will be seriously left behind as the World Economic Train, leaves your station without you...period!!! Go, Trump & Johnson!!!
The polls tell me nothing. I can wait a few more hours to find out if the UK has chosen insanity, socialism and *slam, or not.
Interesting graphics!
So the UK countryside is Labor - Leftist/Socialist?
Really? Opposite to what is here.
For those interested, C-SPAN 2 is showing the BBC’s election night coverage beginning at 6pm est.

Here is a quick tutorial on British politics the past five years:
We all are comparing Boris Johnson to Donald Trump, but in reality the most influential politician in the World OTHER than Trump is Nigel Farage, who created two of the most successful political parties in the span of three years: UKIP and The Brexit Party.
Farage nearly single-handedly got the original Brexit referendum on the ballot in 2016, parroting the successful populist movement method Donald Trump was engineering in the Republican Party presidential primary. The mainstream media was heavily in favor of Remain (Failure of Brexit), but Leave won by a significantly large margin.
While not totally analogous, the best way to picture Brexit is to imagine (kinda) that the European Union is like a United States that was essentially run by the Democrat Party at virtually all levels, with bureaucrats making laws instead of through Congress, and ONLY allows governments of states to have elections for their own governance outside of the federal bureaucracy.
Further, let’s say a state, say, Texas was tired of this crap, and businessman turned populist movement leader Miguel Garage decided to create a movement for Texas to leave the United States. Call it “Texit.” Now Texas votes to leave the United States in a referendum of its citizens. But Texas state representatives drag the issue for years, culminating in a loss of confidence for the Texas state representatives.
So Miguel Garage forces the Texas governor, Doris Bronson, to call a state election. If the conservatives dominate, then Texit will allow to happen, while if it fails, the socialists will kill Texit in its tracks.
This is the best way to visualize Brexit. And to that end, the best way to explain the main focus on why the election was called. Nigel Farage essentially single-handedly engineered this whole process. (In the European elections, Farage’s Brexit Party won the most seats than any of the other dozens of political parties, every member advocating that Britain leaves the chamber they were voted for.)
Anyway, a free Britain will be a much stronger Britain, and don’t think that member states of the rest of the Deep State European Union (no difference) will recognize this.

The NY Times says it’s unpredictable, outcome in doubt. If they say it it must be true./s
