Barr’s DOJ can prosecute and it doesn’t matter of any conflict of interest because the accused will have their day in court. In other words, they are presumed innocent and all will have a chance to test their status in court.
The courts do not need an independent counsel. They only need prosecutors that have probable cause and evidence to convict. Everything else is in the court’s and jury’s hands.

Exactly!! I was wondering if a method exists for Trump to get the fair trial he wants. I was wondering if he, as CIC, could utilize the military justice system to get a trial with all fact being exposed. But Fitton’s idea is great.
