Nadless is avoiding House rules specifically stating that there will be a minority hearing. I've never seen anything like it.

The Toad on the Stump demonstrates, with no attempt at fairness or attempt at following the House’s own rules, the exact definition of the Tyranny of the Majority the Framers of the Constitution and the Founders of our country were so fearful of, the very reason they created a Republic and put in as many checks and balances as possible. It is why they feared a raw democracy. Yet here we see it in action.

This is looking like the French Revolution, where the Assembly had no rules and just did whatever it wanted, based on the whims of whoever was currently powerful.
