The IG does a report. He has no ability to indict. He can’t prosecute anything. It’s up to Barr to pursue the matter. Better take a deep breath and learn how the system works. If it’s going too? To that I wouldn’t hold my breathe.
I'm OK with that. Trials will keep it in the public eye, etc. Better than plea bargains.

If these criminals don’t pay for their crimes, the way I see it everybody gets a pass on anything and everything. Just close the courts and eliminate all law enforcement. This two-tiered “justice” system ... I’ve had enough.
I suspect Horowitz will cite multiple times where the FBI/DOJ broke the law and policy in this whole process. That being said I don’t believe for a second he will recommend any for prosecution. At most he will suggest internal disciplinary actions be taken on those who broke the law or policy. Translations, slaps on the wrist, early retirements or nothing outright happening. Thus he shines the light on the dirt and then after it’s seen it is swept back under the rug. He does he duty and new NKVD/KGB gets to keep on dancing that crooked dance.
