The IG does a report. He has no ability to indict. He can’t prosecute anything. It’s up to Barr to pursue the matter. Better take a deep breath and learn how the system works. If it’s going too? To that I wouldn’t hold my breathe.
I haven't seen anybody say that it's Horowitz's job to indict.
But it is Horowitz's job to send any appropriate criminal referrals. Let's see if he does his job. I have my doubts that the IG office and staff aren't infested by Deep Staters.
Funny how that’s the way the ‘system’ works when the left is under the gun. But, when the right is the target, you get the snap of a finger, a 3 a.m. morning raid, and a judge to fast track a trial leading to a prison sentence. And that’s even if you HELP the left on a plea deal.
