Image of the call records are at the link. The last 2 sentences by Sundance say a lot about where we really are.

May God Bless the USA.

Meanwhile FIBbers Peter and Lisa’s texts were destroyed as personal and unimportant yadda yadda yadda, no hint of partisan bias.

This will not stand. Mr. President, play your hand. It is time.

Was this a secret subpoena?

How is it that no one challenged it?

Didn’t the Obama group do this to a number of reporters and journalists? I forget the specifics.

Don’t they have to get a warrant? Do they have legal power to do this with just a subpoena? Does the President have equal power to do this without a warrant?

Let’s hope Schiff received them under subpoena, because the alternative is much worse. The alternative is a criminal leak from an outside interest.

No, let's hope that Schiff received them as the result of a criminal leak.

Then the records will be inadmissible, and Schiff will go to jail.

What is the basis for Adam Schiff posting these phone calls in House Report? This is abuse of power under the Democrats. Showing phone calls have no relation to their scam impeachment but just to create smoke obfuscate. Watch out if Dems take over government. Any political opponent will have privacy invaded. Where is the MSM outrage?

This whole thing is actually a joke when you understand the legal mechanics behind it.

There is nothing illegal about getting cell phone records like this. In fact, if you look carefully at the fine print in your cell phone contract you'll see that you don't even own your phone records.

This is important because it means your phone records -- meaning just the details of which numbers you called, when you called them, the duration of the call, your location when you made the call, etc. -- are not necessarily protected under the Fourth Amendment.

What could Nunes and Parnas have said to each other in 0.00 seconds and 0.02 seconds?

So basically the left can communicate and conspire in mass if they like, but if the right even dares make a call or two to each other even in the line of duty they are guilty of a crime.

Inexcusable. If it were legit, so f’n what. Rudy called X. Y called Dunes. blah, blah, blah. And what did they discuss ?

Pointless innuendo which means nothing and proves nothing.

it’s frightening what these people think they can get away with, starting with Lois Lerner at the IRS.
