Let’s hope Schiff received them under subpoena, because the alternative is much worse. The alternative is a criminal leak from an outside interest.

Don’t they have to get a warrant? Do they have legal power to do this with just a subpoena? Does the President have equal power to do this without a warrant?

Evidently from the original article it appears that AT&T released the logs, it is assumed because of a Subpoena.
