Jeremy Clarkson, a British broadcaster, columnist, and co-host of The Grand Tour, a popular motoring program on Amazon Prime Video, denounced climate change activist Greta Thunberg, calling her an "idiot" and blaming her for contributing to the loss of interest in cars by young people.
Everyone I know under 25 isnt the slightest bit interested in cars," Clarkson told The Sun, and "Greta Thunberg has killed the car show."
Theyre taught at school, before they say Mummy and Daddy, that cars are evil, and its in their heads," said Clarkson.

Yeah. And so many of them don’t know how to operate a manual transmission. Heck my wife even knows how. I always thought it was cool.

In the 1950’s cars could be identified by just looking at them, now they all look so much the same that you have the see the logo to tell them apart.
I’m picky.
Not to mention that to by a new car is a 6 to 8 year commitment and few have that kind of income stability.

They've probably never seen a car with a manual transmission. Why would they need to know how to operate one? I don't know how to start a car with a hand crank. Somehow I've managed to get this far.
