When CNBC announced that the successful Jewish hedge fund manager would be supporting fellow Jewish billionaire Mike Bloomberg in his run for President as a Democrat, Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (MN), who has a history of making anti-Semitic remarks on Twitter, responded to their tweet, saying, I wonder why?
Womens tennis icon and gay rights activist Martina Navratilova immediately admonished Omar for making yet another anti-Semitic statement on Twitter. Navratilova tweeted, This is a wrong thing to say Congresswoman
Omars liberal friends attacked Navratilova, who is a liberal to the core. Navratilovas profile picture on Twitter is an image of Trumps MAGA (Make America Great Again) hat with the word Greta replacing the word Great, as a nod to teenage climate cult leader, Greta Thunberg.

Navratilova responded to Omar supporters who defended her anti-Semitic tweet, by saying, Generalizing is wrong no matter which group of people one talks about. Its about assigning labels and I hate that.
Navratilova clarified her criticism of the anti-Semitic lawmaker, saying, I am speaking about the fact that I dont like lumping people together, regardless of who is doing the lumping. Has nothing to do with gender, religion, party etc. I abhor any kind of prejudice
When Omar was admonished by members of Congress (including members of her own party), for her repeated anti-Semitic remarks, the arrogant Democrat lawmaker refused to back down.
In April, United States Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) sat down for an interview with KARE 11s Jana Shortal. During their discussion, Shortal asked Omar about her anti-Semitic remarks, as well as her flippant some people did something remark in reference to the Islamic terror attacks that took place in American on 9-11, during a recent CAIR event in Los Angeles.
Shortal asked Omar, Lets go back in time. On February 10 you responded to a tweet with the words, Its all about the Benjamins baby. Do you regret that tweet?
Omar responded, Regret is a strange word. Omar laughed.
This isnt the first time the liberal, gay rights activist took a public position in opposition to her friends on the left. In February, Navratilova was slammed by the left for claiming its a form of cheating for transgender women to be allowed to compete in womens sport.
KTLA reported about the 18-time Grand Slam winner, who in The Sunday Times said that it was insane that hundreds of athletes who have changed gender by declaration and limited hormone treatment have already achieved honors as women that were beyond their capabilities as men.
In December she was criticized after tweeting: You cant just proclaim yourself a female and be able to compete against women. There must be some standards, and having a penis and competing as a woman would not fit that standard.
THOU SHALL NOT CRITICIZE THY FELLOW LIBERAL.............
Lib on lib crime; whoop whoop!
If the generalizations are accurate but unpleasant or some take them to have negative connotations, they are still accurate.
This is the fundamental problem. Generalizations are not inherently bad. Those made from deliberately bad info and false biases are the ones that need to be fought against. The ones that are based on truth and facts are fine.
There are reasons why generalizations come about and if they are based in truth, it serves a good purpose.

I’d bet on Martina....................
Yes, MARTIN, surely you call out other tweeters who “group” people together
You know, like WHITE people . . .Males . . .and of course, absolutely, positively, eVILE CHRISTIANS
Well, MARTIN?
What if omar blows up ?
It’s called a Win-Win......................
we should send home all the enemies of America and American values that have gotten into USA
its too expensive to imprison them all
best to just repatriate them to their own lovely Krapistans
...let’s get them the Hell out of our country!
Yep till the racket serves up the ball(s). May America get a win
Nevertheless, assuming that Jews support Jews, just because they’re Jews, crosses the line, innit?
bttt
Omar is a hatemonger.
MN is a bad ass a liberal but a bad ass put your money oh her.
I think Martina is simply ‘uncomfortable’ with members of the Islamic faith. I mean why else would she complain about her?
Liberal, left, conservative, right... these terms have evolved. The left is not liberal (or Liberal), the right and conservatives more liberal and Liberal in many ways.
Explain how that crosses the line?
The generalization that blacks support blacks because they are blacks, is an overall truthful statement. We hear it expressed in many different ways. Same thing with women supporting women simply because they are women, that’s what we hear from women expressed a bunch of different ways. “if there are two candidates i dont know and ones a woman, i vote for her because shes a woman.” “#metoo”
How about the accurate generalization that on the whole, blacks are known to be bad restaurant tippers. Countless waitstaff stories from across the country by people at all different kinds and levels of food places report this. At the same time no other racial demographic has ever got the same amount of feedback. Is it a nationwide conspiracy by thousands of waiters and waitresses or is it an accurate generalization.
The fact is generalizations are just that, they don’t dictate 100 yes or no, and you, know that. Its saying something is generally more true, more likely to be, than not.
If people are not interested in accurate generalizations or are happy to promote false generalizations for other agendas, thats a problem. But just offering up one and trying to say no one should use them in their decision making processes is ignoring experiential and other folks accounts, and expecting a different result.
