Nevertheless, assuming that Jews support Jews, just because they’re Jews, crosses the line, innit?
MN is a bad ass a liberal but a bad ass put your money oh her.
Explain how that crosses the line?
The generalization that blacks support blacks because they are blacks, is an overall truthful statement. We hear it expressed in many different ways. Same thing with women supporting women simply because they are women, that’s what we hear from women expressed a bunch of different ways. “if there are two candidates i dont know and ones a woman, i vote for her because shes a woman.” “#metoo”
How about the accurate generalization that on the whole, blacks are known to be bad restaurant tippers. Countless waitstaff stories from across the country by people at all different kinds and levels of food places report this. At the same time no other racial demographic has ever got the same amount of feedback. Is it a nationwide conspiracy by thousands of waiters and waitresses or is it an accurate generalization.
The fact is generalizations are just that, they don’t dictate 100 yes or no, and you, know that. Its saying something is generally more true, more likely to be, than not.
If people are not interested in accurate generalizations or are happy to promote false generalizations for other agendas, thats a problem. But just offering up one and trying to say no one should use them in their decision making processes is ignoring experiential and other folks accounts, and expecting a different result.
