You’ve still got to have decent candidates. Last I looked at it, even the winning incumbent LA Dem governor had fewer votes than the GOP Sec of State. It was the gubernatorial candidate and GOP voters not solidifying behind him. I didn’t look at Kentucky at all.

Black Americans, from OJ to Michael Brown, etc, have always had a more negative view of law enforcement, and are sensitive to the fact that innocent men are railroaded by the system.
Perhaps they are identifying with Trump as he suffers through this impeachment kangaroo court. He is being railroaded by the system, so Blacks feel solidarity.

President Trump has also been responsive to meeting with blacks and others on the issue of prison reform. Remember his meeting with Kim K and subsequent release of the black woman who was in prison for years for possession? Irc, it was a small amount of drugs that would not be a serious crime today.
This President knows exactly what he’s doing.
Black voter turnout dropped in 2016. They do kinda like Biden. They do *not* like the screeching communists.
Black unemployment has not been this low in America since such things have been recorded.
If President Trump can secure 20% of the black vote, the dems will throttled.
You’re right. Latino unemployment is also lower than it’s ever been. And they don’t care for belligerent communists who endorse slaughtering babies up until they register for high school.
As conservative and Catholic as Latinos are, it’s truly astounding that dems have been able to chump them out this long.
This is why dems hang on to the Serial Sexual Assaulter of Women and Children. Latinos and blacks find him the least obnoxious.
