Anything that leaks at this point is from people who have been under investigation and are not accessed to the actual document or its recommendations.
It doesn’t matter if someone did or didn’t like Donald Trump or what their motives might be, it matters if they knew, or should have known, that the dossier material used to obtain the warrant was intentionally misrepresented to the FISA court. If anyone knew at the time that it was BS and still signed it off as verified that’s a crime.
If Horowitz fails to defend the Constitutional rights of American citizens against government abuses then we need to drain even more of the swamp to keep this country. It will never be over.
I expect something like the previous reports. The last report said, procedures were not followed but there was no ill intent. Any mistakes were mild incompetence, not malicious intent.
I have almost no hope Barr/Durham will amount to a genuine act of justice regarding the Deep State. It is just not the way the Swamp works. The best we can hope is that at least Durham has a relatively honest accounting of the criminal plot to overthrow the sitting President with a bloodless coup. That would have a lot of benefit and backlash against the Deep State, the corrupt intelligence agencies, the Democratic Party and their media propaganda wing agents. It could wake up a few voters and slow down the race toward Socialist totalitarian tyranny.
That Trump was every elected was a miracle.
I did not want impeached. Now I kind of do. The best thing we may ever get out of this entire process is to have a trial in the Senate that exposes the entire coup through open witness testimony and reading various documents into the public record.
Are their any conservatives on the Senate Judiciary Committee? I have no clue.
I remember during the Clinton impeachment, Lindsay Graham was actually one of the best impeachment managers and gave a wonderful speech. I mean, among the best of them right there with Bob Barr.
Who knows if he is still that guy?
Anyway, this Horowitz report will be yet another “shame, shame, naughty, naughty, go to your room”. Nothing more. Conservative pundits will have a field day. CNN and the Rats and the rest of the MSM will blow it off as nothing, and Suzi Soccer mom won’t give it a 2nd glance.

They didn’t INTEND to do anything wrong, so we’ll just ignore the federal felonies.
You don’t deliberately alter documents related to the surveillance of the Trump campaign unless you are politically biased. She didn’t do it on her own, so that means more than one person at the FBI in this chain-of-command had political bias...ordered it, approved it, knew about it, kept their mouth shut about it, thus condoned it. All politically motivated actions.

Of note, the original NYT article says they have not seen the report but are getting info from an unnamed source.
Besides, even that article does not state there will be no criminal referrals. It addresses “political bias”, not criminal activity.
It may be true. The times is the outlet for DOJ/FBI.
