Historically, digging up dirt on opponents has been Obama’s MO.
Obama personally was very involved in going after Russia for its supposed election interference. Remember that he set a deadline of just before the inauguration for a report on Russia’s actions. And recall that he used that report to vindictively shut down Russian diplomatic facilities, poisoning the well and tying the hands of the incoming administration. It was incredibly unpresidential and, on the face of it, remains inadequately explained.
But I agree the bigger issue (by far) is the misuse of FISA by the Obama administration to unleash intelligence community and law enforcement upon their political opponents. Going after the lies to the FISA court is a good start but I think the desired end product all along was the unmasking. Some high level person or persons had to have been directing the FISA scheme for the purpose of generating information that could be unmasked.
Showing what a ham-handed, irregular process was utilized, they used a fat, old guy Halper to sloppily get to Page and paid for it out of the Pentagon’s internal thinktank, the ONA. Somebody had to have requested and approved that ONA payment.
Final comment: Carter Page was always a silly candidate to accuse of being a knowing Russian spy (which is what they were required to accuse him of in order to obtain the warrant, as I understand it). Yes, he had political opinions that the Deep Staters viewed as pro-Russian and had tried to do business over there, but he was also a Naval Academy grad and former naval intelligence officer who had voluntarily worked with the FBI in the past. He was an absurd linchpin to the entire conspiracy.

Start with John McCain who should have challenged his qualifications, Nancy Pelosi who certified him as eligible, and George W. Bush who as president was the chief law enforcement officer (and protector of the Constitution) when Obama was running. Chief Justice John Roberts might also be called into question along with Mitch McConnell, Harry Reid, and John Boehner.
The senior leaders of the three branches of the federal government failed to uphold their oaths of office to protect the Constitution.
No wonder the nation is quickly becoming unraveled.

If BO is Demonically inspired, you can bet he has some smarts guiding him. Evil, but smart. Like DACA...
The Obozo was an illegitimate president from day one so why wouldn’t he continue to break the law throughout his duration in the WH? His mission was to transform this country and following the law would not have been conducive that mission.

According to federal law at the time he wasn’t a citizen, let alone a natural born one even if he was born in Hawaii.
He may not be a citizen at all.
His mother renounced his US citizenship and made him an Indonesian citizen.
Pretty sure it was an Indonesian passport that he used to travel until he became a US Senator and got a US passport because of the office.
He never naturalized when he came back.
He used a fraudulent social security number for his whole life until the SSA gave him a new one when he was Usurper.

You hit the nail on the head! Jarrett had a great deal of control and she too had moslem terrorist connections.
There need to be arrests and perp walks and prosecutions. Deep staters need to be sent to prison. The wait for some actual justice in this case has been ridiculous. Get on with it.
Of course he ordered it. We might have seen one, or a handful of “rogue” employees doing improper things if the President wasn’t aware, but there is no way you see this kind of coordination, all the way up to the level of multiple Cabinet members and multiple agencies, unless the President is fully aware and approves.
