What’s wrong with wanting investigations? If the Obama VP is guilty of corrupt conduct, it’s especially important to investigate it if he’s running for POTUS. Otherwise, you’ll have special prosecutors running around ruining his first term. If Pence says it never happened, I’ll believe him because hes a good guy. But what if aid WAS conditioned on investigations? So long as it’s not conditioned on a desired outcome, that’s perfectly kosher. In fact, highly desirable.

If true, very disappointing. We shouldn’t be helicopter-dumping dollars on foreign countries with no strings, and no assurance the money is spent honestly. If Trump didn’t demand corruption investigations as a condition of receiving US money, Trump was failing the Us taxpayers
To all these Republicans who stress that the arms went through without any investigations, I ask: “Why is that a good thing? You don’t care if our money is corruptly wasted?”
