Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman admitted he made up elements of President Donald Trump’s call with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an official summary. Prior to the call, Vindman included a discussion about corruption in the talking points provided to the president but Trump did not use them in the call.

The summary Vindman wrote after the call read:

President Trump underscored the unwavering support of the United States for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity – within its internationally recognized borders – and expressed his commitment to work together with President-elect Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people to implement reforms that strengthen democracy, increase prosperity, and root out corruption.

Ask Hillary Clinton if it is okay to lie during a Congressional investigation.

Lee Zeldin @RepLeeZeldin · 5h If Adam Schiff & LTC Vindman don’t know who the “whistleblower” is, how would they know that naming the one person LTC Vindman spoke to in the intelligence community would out the “whistleblower”? 🤔 ----------- Zeldin always cuts to the chase. He is a real asset in the midst of this intentionally created confusion.

Both confirmed that they heard the name Burisma on the call, but that it was missing from the transcript of the conversation that the White House released to the public in September.

Schiff looking for some secret/hidden recording and another reason to subpoena more records or have access granted to servers..

He will invent the next “ we need to know “ as his current ones crumble.

Ahhhh Grafenwoher. I have fond (not really) of sitting in the drivers seat of an M551 (I think, it has been nearly 50 years), Sheridan, on Range 80, the tank gunnery range for qualifications. It was cold, wet, muddy and I got sick of eating cold food out of those, what were they called, marmite cans??). Yes, some horrible weeks at Graf. We went up there in ‘71 and ‘72. I was not even a real driver. I was an E-5 squad leader for the 4.2 mortars in our platoon, but we were really short of tankers in our company and I got Shanghaied by my platoon sergeant to drive his vehicle. Yup, wonderful days in Graf. Haven’t thought about that place in years! Thanks for bring up my old nightmares!! :-) Hooooahhh.

These people are in big trouble and its very interesting to watch that realization hit them during their testimony and cross examination

Vindman had no choice, he is just trying to cover up to protect himself and the Democrats

on the other hand never trumper and advisor to VP Pence Ms Williams walked into this one all by herself

She is just now realizing what she signed up for and sh&t is getting real for her really fast as she belated understands the gravity of the situation and just how far in over her head she is in a serious conspiracy to destroy the President of the United States

That bears repeating - The President of The United States

Not orange man or TrumpyOrangeHitler or what ever she and her crap weasel associates and friends call the President over too many drinks after work - The President of The United States.

This is about as big as it gets in about as bad a way as it gets for her

She looks like she would rather be anyplace else except testifying to lies as a star witness in an ongoing coup attempt

Now she is in deep and the Barr bill is coming due.

"FWIW, it is absolutely not OK for a person in his job position to wear his military uniform in this forum"

Can you explain what you mean?

Also, there's a picture of Vindman in uniform that shows what looks like ribbons on the right side of Vindman's uniform. I normally expect to see unit citations there, which I thought all had metallic frames around them.

Can somebody identify those items?

I seem to recall that a high ranking military man supposedly committed suicide after having been found to be wearing ribbons he didn't qualify for. I think the guy also had some connection to Ron Brown's death.

Vindman Just Admitted To Leaking To The Anti-Trump Whistleblower

November 19, 2019 By Tristan Justice

Lt. Colonel Alexander Vindman admitted to the House Intelligence Committee Tuesday to leaking information to the anti-Trump whistleblower at the center of the Democrats’ partisan impeachment proceedings.
“Lietenant Colonel Vindman, did you discuss the July 25 phone call with anyone outside the White House on July 25 or the 26 and if so, with whom?” Republican Rep. Devin Nunes of California inquired.

“Yes. I did,” Vindman answered in the affirmative.
When pressed on who Vindman spoke with about the call, Vindman said he spoke with two individuals not in the White House, including Deputy Assistant Secretary George Kent and another individual in the intelligence community that Vindman refused to name before being cut off by Democratic Chairman Adam Schiff.

“We need to protect the whistle-blower. Please stop. I want to make sure that there is no effort to out the whistle-blower through these proceedings,” Schiff interjected. “If the witness has a good faith belief that this may reveal the identity of the whistle-blower, that is not the purpose that we’re here for. I want to advise the witness accordingly.”
Vindman testified under oath in a private deposition last month that he was unaware of who the whistleblower was. On Tuesday, Nunes pressed Vindman on how it is possible that he might out the whistleblower if he does not know the identity of the whistleblower.

“Per the advice of my counsel and the instructions from the chairman, I’ve been advised not to provide any specifics on who I have spoken to with inside the intelligence community,” Vindman said before being cut off by his own lawyer.

On Monday, Republican Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin offered a written account of his own first-hand knowledge of the administration’s dealings with Ukraine, arguing that Vindman fits the profile of a Never-Trumper with an axe to grind.

As the chairman of the Subcommittee on Europe and Regional Security Cooperation of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee who has made six trips to Ukraine since 2011, Johnson’s knowledge of events surrounding Ukraine have been critical to the impeachment inquiry.

In a letter to the House Intelligence Committee conducting the investigation, Johnson rebuffed the false narrative being purported by Democrats and the media, writing that “a significant number of bureaucrats and staff members within the executive branch have never accepted President Trump as legitimate and resent his unorthodox style,” specifically calling out Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.

“It is entirely possible that Vindman fits this profile,” Johnson wrote.

In his testimony before lawmakers Tuesday, Vindman’s testimony offered few new facts to show President Donald Trump conspired with the Ukrainian government to investigate political opponents at home.

The Democrats’ public impeachment hearings have failed to provide incriminating evidence against the president for any “high crimes and misdemeanors.” Instead, they have come up with just the opposite, with several star witnesses offering testimony that exonerates the president and furthers the case to investigate the Biden family’s shady dealings with Ukraine.

Further, support for impeachment has dropped since the start of the hearing. According to a new poll conducted by Politico and the Morning Consult that was released Tuesday morning, opposition to the proceedings have hit their highest point since the newspaper began tracking public opinion on the issue. Today, 47 percent of independents oppose the impeachment proceedings whereas only 37 percent opposed the inquiry last week.

I heard Nunes on the radio today where he called him “Mr. Vindman” and Vindman said “It’s LT. COL. VINDMAN!”

Civilians are not required to name people in the military by their rank, is Congress? Either way that was a “whoa” moment to me that this Vindman is a bit of a dick.
