If the Supreme Court upholds the clearly illegal DACA, then the rule of law is undeniably dead.

What side does Roberts come down on. What a silly system. The whole country has to wait until the day before the SC holidays to find out what’s right. Utter nonsense. Why can’t they rule tomorrow? I would guess Roberts goes against Trump on this one because he a political tool in the end.

“Now that Trump is poised for what appears to be a victory for rule of law in the Supreme Court on the matter of ending DACA.”
Can someone please explain to me, how this guy knows that the SCOTUS will uphold Trump’s authority to dissolve DACA?
Or, do I misunderstand the article, ie that DACA will NOT be dissolved?

They will essentially rule that Obama’s memos cannot be repealed, ever.

If the Supreme Court upholds the clearly illegal DACA, then the rule of law is undeniably dead. But the Rule Of Memo will be quite alive.
All hail President Janet Napolitano!
