If one President can act by executive order, it would be completely ridiculous that the next president cannot undo it in the same manner. If Trump cannot end it, the court would have to nullify Obama’s actions as also unconstitutional. There is no other logical outcome.
So they would have to undo obama’s EO which would actually makes Trump’s happen :)

If the Court fails to permit the administration order, it is ruling that a previous and completely out of term former administration has MORE authority than a current one. Trump should make it abundantly clear that if the Court holds so, a future democrat administration WILL find itself in court when it tries to undo Trump policy, using THIS ruling as definitive.
